Context
A lot of what we know at Holy Comms used to live in people's heads, old Slack threads and last year's proposals. Holy Stash is the internal tool Douglas Tamm and I made to change that: a knowledge bank for the platforms, tools and ways of working we use, with a vault next to it for the things worth keeping between projects.

Problem
The same questions came up every week. What does Webflow actually cost the client? Which hosting suits a headless build? What has to be in the cookie banner? The answers existed, just scattered, half-remembered or out of date, so designers lost time digging for them, and a client could get a slightly different answer depending on who they asked.

Solution
We gathered it all in one place, written for someone with a client call in ten minutes. Every platform and tool gets a page with the short answer first and the details after: what it is, what it costs, who pays, and when something else fits better. Search finds things in seconds, comparison tables settle the usual debates, and a package tool collects resources and roughs out a project estimate before a meeting. Next door sits the Vault, a darker room for Claude skills, prompts, leftover sections, effects and inspiration that would otherwise get lost between projects. Anyone on the team can log in to the Studio to fix a price or add a page.

Outcome
Holy Stash holds 46 resources and counting, with 30 reusable pieces in the Vault. The point is simple: new people find their feet faster, nobody has to remember everything, and clients get the same answer whoever they ask.
