Context
Knegt is my own product, designed and built from the ground up: one board that an agency and its clients share for everything in flight. Kneg is Swedish slang for the daily grind and a knekt is a foot soldier, so the name more or less wrote the brand. It's free for your first client and installs on any phone.

Problem
Client work leaks. Requests arrive by email, Slack and the odd phone call, approvals hide in long threads, hours live in a spreadsheet, and someone is always asking “any update on this?”. Agencies end up with five tools for one project and still hold status meetings about status. Most project tools are built for the team, which leaves the client on the outside, chasing.

Solution
Knegt is one board with two views. The team sees every client at once, with owners, blockers, tags and urgent work flagged. Each client sees only their own work, plus a dashboard of what needs them. Requests come in with a brief and a priority, deliveries are approved or sent back in one click, and hours land on the ticket as you work, ready to export for invoicing. Around that sit meeting notes, a brand kit per client, a shared stash of know-how and AI assistants that can file tickets over MCP. Access rules live in the database itself, so no client can peek into another's castle. The Arthurian streak runs all the way through, from the Squire, Knight and Round Table plans to sample clients called Excalibrew and Lance-a-Lot Cycles.

Outcome
Knegt is in beta at knegt.app, with a live demo you can try as either the agency or the client. Pricing is per team member, never per client, so clients never take a seat, and the first client is free.
